All camping fees are due and payable by 7/10/2026. Camping permits must be displayed at all times. An RV is defined as any motor home, camper, tent, trailer of any kind, truck, or other shelter in which anyone spends the night on the fairgrounds.
NOTE: No arrivals will be allowed on the fairgrounds before Tuesday 7/21/26

Circuit Awards in All AQHA classes
▪ Circuit awards in all classes! To qualify for Circuit Awards, you must show to all judges.
▪ AQHA divisions may not be combined for awards. You may show in all divisions for which you are eligible. Points for circuit awards will be figured on a 9-8-7-6-basis with 9 being the most points e
Circuit Awards in All AQHA classes
▪ Circuit awards in all classes! To qualify for Circuit Awards, you must show to all judges.
▪ AQHA divisions may not be combined for awards. You may show in all divisions for which you are eligible. Points for circuit awards will be figured on a 9-8-7-6-basis with 9 being the most points earned under 1 judge. AQHA points are not added. If less than 9 horses show in a class, points will decrease accordingly.
▪ Highest Score awards for Trail, Working Cowhorse, Roping, Reining and Ranch Riding will be based on single highest score. Ties will be awarded based on highest cumulative score.
▪ Again in 2026! Buckles for circuit awards in all cutting divisions! Thank you to our generous sponsors!
Awards will be announced at the horse show.
Please claim your awards as soon as possible after your class. Awards not claimed at the show will be
forfeited. Show office staff cannot keep track of your points; please be sure to do that yourself. The office will track points for All Around & Circuit awards at this show only.
**IN CASE of TIES**
Winner for All Around will be determined by horse with most 1st place wins. If still tied the winner will be determined by a tie-breaker judge. Winner for Circuit Awards will be determined by a tie breaker Judge. In all cases, decisions of the AQHB of SCV show management will be final.
AQHB of SCV is not responsible for typographical errors.
